MaltaComics & Collectibles offers the following Returns Policy:

We offer 100% Customer Satisfaction. All orders are shipped via registered mail to ensure against lost items. Any items received damaged are to be notified upon receipt and returned in order to receive a replacement or refund.

Shipping Information

All items are shipped from Europe.

Shipping is free to any address in Malta or Gozo. Shipping to any other address outside of the Maltese Islands is determined by location and weight and shown in the shopping cart.

It takes approximately 3-5 business days for items to arrive to most destinations in Europe. It takes approximately 5-10 business days to the rest of the world. In some cases, it may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or customs procedures. 

All items are sent via registered mail and must be signed for. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request.


Back Orders

Items which are listed as backordered may be ordered and take approximately 2 weeks to restock. We encourage customers to contact us about backordered items. We will get back to you and inform you when the item will be in stock.


Pre Orders

Clients are encouraged to place preorders. We give an approximate shipping date when items are set to be released but postponements may occur. We will send updates on all preorder ordered items. By preordering an item, the price of that item is guarenteed. If on release date the price of that item goes up you are still guarenteed the original preorder price. If the price falls on release date we will offer the lower price.

MaltaComics Online Terms & Conditions

1. The user shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his or her password, which he or she will not be under any obligation to reveal to any representative or agent of MaltaComics. The user is therefore responsible for all transactions under their account name and password.
2. MaltaComics reserves the right to terminate an account and/or cancel any orders at our discretion and at no charge to the customer. In the case of an order being cancelled, the client will be given a full refund for the value of that purchase.
3. The MaltaComics website contains material which is owned or licensed to MaltaComics & Collectibles. This material includes, but is not limited to the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and images of products. Reproduction of any of the above is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice which forms part of these terms and conditions.
4. Prices and details of items on this website are subject to change without notice. All items are subject to availability and we can give no guarantee in this regard. Procedures are in place to minimize these discrepancies however, due to circumstances beyond our control, some discrepancies may arise. In the event of such, clients will be notified and offered a full refund or another choice in favor of both parties.
5. Prices quoted on this website are for online sales only and will differ from retail prices instore at MaltaComics & Collectibles.
6. In accordance with Article 6 of Distance Selling Regulations, all good purchased from MaltaComics have a cooling off period of 15 days. Any goods returned during this period must be returned in the same condition as supplied. MaltaComics reserves the right to refuse any damaged goods at its own discretion. The cooling off period does not apply to the sale of periodicals, newspapers or magazines.
7. Due to the large amount of items being offered on the website, there is the possibility that some items may no longer be available at time of order. We attempt to minimize such occurances, such situations can arise with backordered or preordered items. Such incidents will result in a full refund for the customer by not later than 30 days from purchase date in regards to backordered items. The customer will be informed about the status of their order as soon as such information becomes available.
8. The dispatch and delivery times displayed are estimates. In general orders are shipped from 2 to 14 working days from the time of payment. While we try our best to meet these, situations beyond our control may arise. The customer has the right to terminate an order of goods which are not received within 30 days of purchase date unless such items were on preorder status. In the event of preorders, the client will be updated when information is available.
9. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable Malta VAT; rates on printed matter are currently 5% while all other items are 18%. Prices are currently in US Dollars and such prices can be converted by using the currency converter on www.xe.com
10. Your use of the website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the Laws of Malta

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and in order to safeguard the interest of our customers, MaltaComics & Collectibles does not store or have access to view any sensitive customer data, such as Credit Card Number, other credit card information and your personal MaltaComics Password. No member of staff from MaltaComics will ever ask you for your website password.
12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaltaComics is providing this site and it’s contents on an ‘as is’ basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this site or the information, content, materials or products included in this site including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, MaltaComics does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.
13. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining parts of these Terms and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected.
14. Any contract resulting from the purchase of any item from www.maltacomics.com will be executed & concluded in English language.
